Fees

What a Polish legal matter costs when you live in the U.S.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars. The ranges show what a matter typically costs when handled remotely: the lower figure covers a standard matter with complete documents, the upper one a more complex matter within the scope described. The free initial review sorts out what your matter is; it is not legal advice.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions: a law firm on call

A subscription is not a fee for standing by. Each plan gives you a defined amount of help each month, a stated allowance, a response deadline, and a discount on larger matters. Before we start, you know whether the task fits the plan.

Start

USD 99per month

Who it is for. You want a law firm on call and, once a month, a quick check on a problem, a document, or a letter that arrived.

Rules that apply to every plan

Getting in touch

Email or the form; consultations and calls after scheduling. We work in Polish or English.

First response

The clock starts when a complete request arrives, and the deadline depends on the plan — between 12 and 48 business hours.

Unused allowance

Does not roll over to the next month and is not refunded or exchanged.

A larger matter

The plan covers the assessment, a basic analysis, and a plan. Running the matter further is quoted separately, with a 5, 10, or 15% discount on our fee.

What exactly the price covers

One issue

One coherent set of facts and one core question. Several unrelated problems may count as several requests.

Document review

Naming the risks, the unclear points, and the changes we recommend. It does not automatically mean drafting a new version.

A simple letter

A letter to one recipient about one problem, without extensive evidence gathering or deep research.

Billable time in business plans

Covers reading the message and attachments, research, a call or meeting, drafting, and the work around the request.

A complete request

The problem described, the result you want, and the documents needed. The response clock starts when the complete material arrives.

Always quoted separately
