Through the cases we have handled, we have travelled to the United States on numerous occasions — representing our Clients and meeting with members of the Polish diaspora.
These conversations helped us understand the challenges caused by distance, unfamiliar Polish procedures, difficulty locating documents, and the lack of a trusted legal representative able to manage the entire matter in Poland.
